Who is Marcin Plaza?

Marcin Plaza is a pianist, arranger and a composer.Born in Wroclaw, Poland, currently based in Galway, Ireland, co-operating with the best musicians and bands in the country.

He is a musical director, a pianist and keyboards player collaborating with various  bands such as Harlequin, Bumblebee Honey, Poles Apart, West Coast Big Band and Grooving Hard, etc.

He has been a host of the Friday Night Shows in The Twelve in Barna, inviting guest musicians to perform in this prestigious venue. In addition to his busy career as a performer, he is also the founder and  the music director of big band group The Plaza Orchestra.

Marcins’ experience as a performer is extensive, including numerous television performances, recording, stage shows, concerts,  hotels and clubs.With a varied repertoire that extends across a broad range of music (classical, jazz, pop, rock) and fantastic, warm and  outgoing personality he can appeal to virtually all musical tastes, guaranteeing  clients an unforgettable and moving  show.

He is at home behind a grand piano, however, having his own top of the range stage rig (Kurzweil, Yamaha, Access Virus, Roland), professional PA equipment he can perform in any venue and enhance any function.
